At SuperZone, we want every experience to be exceptional. If something does not go to plan, this policy sets out your rights and our obligations clearly and fairly.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp to +44 792 798 6070, quoting your booking reference number.

Within 7 days of your event, we do not offer refunds but you may transfer your booking to another person free of charge, subject to notifying us at least 48 hours before the event with the new guest's full name and contact details.
In the rare event that SuperZone cancels an experience due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid within 5 working days. We will notify you as soon as possible via WhatsApp.
Where an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly altered by a third-party venue or promoter (not SuperZone), refund eligibility will depend on the terms of that organiser. SuperZone will act as your advocate in recovering funds where possible, but cannot guarantee a refund in these circumstances. We recommend all customers take out appropriate event cancellation insurance.
Additional services purchased as part of your booking (such as champagne packages, photo packages, chauffeur transport or floral decoration) are subject to the same cancellation timeline above. Some third-party add-ons may have their own cancellation terms which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds will not be processed until we have received written confirmation of cancellation and verified your booking reference.
If your experience did not meet the standard described at the time of booking, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of the event quoting your booking reference and a description of the issue. We take all complaints seriously and aim to respond within 2 working days.
